Ingredients (for 12 muffins):

– NUTALSACE® spread
– 280 g flour
– 1/2 bag of baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt
– 2 eggs
– 100 g of brown sugar
– Several drops of vanilla extract
– 100 g of melted butter
– 10 cl of milk
– 1 natural yoghurt
– butter and flour for the mould

Preparation:

Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, then add the sugar and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour the melted butter onto the mixture while stirring continuously then add the milk and yoghurt.
In another bowl, blend the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the first mixture.

Butter and flour the muffin mould.
1/3 fill it with the preparation, make a small well and place a knob of NUT’ALSACE® in the centre.
Cover with the rest of the spread.
Cook the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Wait a few minutes before removing them from the mould.
The muffins are best eaten when slightly warm.
