Ingredients (serves 4):

– 400g of silken tofu
Important, this not the “normal” tofu in a block, but creamy tofu found on the bio fresh or special dietary shelves!
– 200g of NUT’ALSACE® spread
– (Optional) A few drops of an extract of your choice (vanilla, orange, mint, etc.)

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to obtain a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into the container(s) of your choice and chill.
The cream will take and become frothy after a few hours in the cold.
The longer you leave it to chill, the better it will be.
