– 1 cup of NUT’ALSACE® spread
– 1/2 cup of flour
– 1 pinch of salt
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup of brown sugar
– A little vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup of previously-melted butter


Pre-heat your oven to 170°C.
Butter and flour a square mould.
Blend the flour and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, NUT’ALSACE® spread, brown sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until smooth.

Add the flour and salt mixture and melted butter at low speed.
Spread in the mould.
Cook from 35 to 40 minutes until the tip of a knife inserted into the brownie comes out with lumps adhering to it and not completely clean.

Leave to cool in the mould, then remove from the mould and cut into squares.
You can serve with custard!
